Sick today

After only4 days of being in daycare, Gianna already had a stomach virus today. I won't go into the gory details, but let's just say it was an interesting day. However, I still managed to get some cute pictures. Due to her illness, Gianna got confused and thought the packers were playing today. I'm sure she'll get it right next week!

Gianna had her first day of school yesterday. Here we are on the way out the door. A lot has changed since July 3rd...

Gianna, Beth and I went to the butterfly exhibit at the museum today. These are a couple of the butterlies we saw while there.

We had to vault ourselves over a fence to get these shots. Gianna was very graceful doing this and I am now conviced she might end up a gymnast!

I caught Gianna sleeping like this today. Her arms are detachable and were resting on a nearby blanket. We reattached them after her nap.

Happenings

Matt, Gianna and I went on a picnic yesterday to celebrate Matt and my second wedding anniversary (which is today). Gianna didn't seem to be into it. She slept the entire time.

Gianna had me buy this outfit for her first day of "school" (daycare). It was too cute, though, and she had to wear it early.

My family keeps wanting me to post pictures daily, but sometimes Gianna uses the same facial expressions quite often. So, I am sure you've all seen these faces before. In the next week I will try to work with her in varying her looks. Hopefully we will have some success...

I'm Big!

Gianna went to the doctor for her 2 month visit yesterday. We found out she weighs 8 lbs and 8 ounces and is 22 and 1/2 inches tall. This puts her in the 5th percentile for weight and the 50th percentile for height. She is excited to be so tall and had to make a video demonstration.
